Delivery and returns

At ENIGMA Plates, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable service and high-quality craftsmanship.
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins working on your custom plates.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Orders: Dispatched within 2–5 working days.
Custom or Bulk Orders: May require additional time depending on complexity.
Shipping Method: We use trusted UK couriers and Royal Mail for all deliveries.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and order size.
Free shipping may be available for qualifying promotions or bulk orders.

Delays

While we do our best to meet all delivery estimates, ENIGMA Plates is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.
Returns & Refunds
Because each number plate is made to order and fully customized, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect input by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

All customized plates are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect due to our error.
Show plates and personalized items fall under this policy.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@enigmaplates.co.uk.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the mistake is ours, we will replace or refund your order in full.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this, production may already be underway.
