We offer a 7-day return window, allowing you up to 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused or unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item. We'll assess the issue and find the best resolution for you.
Certain items are ineligible for returns, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., personalized items or special orders), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. However, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
